In our logo, the mission and vision of UCO are visibly embedded through intentional design and meaningful symbolism, with "u" at the forefront.

The “i” morphs into the “u,” symbolizing the elimination of the ego. The intertwining "c" and "o" resemble the infinity symbol, highlighting the importance of relationships and unity in achieving clarity and, ultimately creating oneness.

UCO is an acronym predominately for United Collective Order, but it is also synonymous with Ultimately Creating Oneness.

Meet Our Leader

UCO (pronounced "you co") is a privately held firm under the leadership of Bianca Calascibetta, MBA in Rochester, NY. For over a decade, Bianca has used UCO as her vehicle for reimagining marketing from the ground up – not as decoration, but as direction.

Her thinking challenges conventional frameworks. She believes terms like “customer,” “marketing,” and even “brand” are outdated constructs, artificially separating businesses from the very people they exist to serve. In reality, there is no separation. The moment we treat communication as persuasion rather than resonance, we break the connection.

Bianca's leadership redefines branding as a moral responsibility: a vehicle to elevate consciousness, restore unity, and create systems that align people with truth. She sees every organization as a living entity – and every detail, from language to layout, as a reflection of its essence. In her view, clarity is the highest form of respect.
