Through the intentional flow of design and underlying symbolism, the mission and vision of UCO are infused for everyone to see - front and center, and it all starts with “u”.

The “i” morphs into the “u”, symbolizing the elimination of the ego; the “c” and “o” form an infinity sign. Together, they demonstrate the importance of relationships and togetherness when achieving clarity and ultimately unification.

UCO is an acronym predominately for Ultimately Creating Oneness.

UCO® (pronounced \yōō , kō\) is a privately held agency under the leadership and management of Bianca Calascibetta, MBA of Rochester, NY over the last 7.5 years.

Armed with a passion for structure, Bianca has a deep-rooted vision for life that intensifies all that UCO stands for. She has the acute understanding that the details are not the details; they breathe life into brands and thus the future of humanity.
