Clarity is...

Our Logo
UCO’s mission and vision is embedded directly into its logo.
It begins with “U”, establishing the individual as the point of origin. Systems do not precede people; they emerge from them. The “i” resolves into the “U,” representing stabilized identity ("no ego") before participation.
The interlocking “C” and “O” form a continuous loop, modeling relationship as a structural condition: reciprocity, continuity, and co-creation without collapse.
Together, the mark answers a question most systems avoid: How can individuality remain intact while belonging to something greater?
The answer is sequence. Self and collective are not opposites, but stages of the same process. When individuality is clarified (“U”), connection (“CO”) becomes inevitable, resolving in oneness (“UCO”).
The logo encodes a simple truth: Self and system are not separate. They are structurally interwoven.
UCO stands for United Collective Order and Ultimately Creating Oneness – not as an imposed ideal, but as an outcome that emerges when understanding is complete.
The principles of communication haven’t changed since the beginning of time.
Our Approach
We are an extension of our clients. We completely immerse ourselves in their business, allowing deeper insight into their existence and overall brand strategy.
Our client’s brand is ours. We treat every project with the same respect, passion, and dedication as if it were our own. This core belief stands at the center of everything we decide and make.
This high level of dedication and focus speaks to our selectiveness of clients – not taking on too many all at once.
Fueling missions that matter 🧠+♥️

Meet our leader
UCO (pronounced "you co") is a privately held firm founded by Bianca Calascibetta in Rochester, NY. For over a decade, Bianca has used UCO as her vehicle for reimagining marketing and its dynamics from the ground up.
Her work challenges the very language of modern business itself. Terms like “customer,” “marketing,” and even “brand” are, in her view, incomplete abstractions that introduce artificial separation between organizations and the people they exist to serve. That separation benefits the seller, not the seeker. When communication prioritizes persuasion over raw clarity, we break the connection.
Bianca's leadership reframes branding as a structural responsibility: a vehicle to elevate consciousness and curate systems that align people with truth. Every organization is treated as a living system, and every decision (from language to execution) is understood as an expression of its underlying clarity or lack thereof.
To Bianca, clarity is the highest form of respect because it collapses the distance between self and others, making unity not just possible but inevitable.
