The mission and vision of UCO are visibly embedded through intentional design and meaningful symbolism, with "U" at the forefront.
The “i” morphs into the “U”, symbolizing the dissolution of ego and the elevation of unity. The intertwining “C” and “O” mirror the infinity symbol, representing the continuous loop of relationship, reciprocity, and co-creation.
Together, these elements ask one of the most sacred questions of consciousness: How do you remain fully yourself… while fully belonging to something greater?
The logo answers this by showing that individuality (U) and collective connection (CO) are not in tension but in sequence – resolving in oneness (UCO). The logo encodes the truth that self and system are not separate, but structurally interwoven.
UCO is an acronym predominately for United Collective Order, and is also synonymous with Ultimately Creating Oneness.

Meet our leader
UCO (pronounced "you co") is a privately held firm founded by Bianca Calascibetta in Rochester, NY. For over a decade, Bianca has used UCO as her vehicle for reimagining marketing and its dynamics from the ground up.
Her thinking challenges the very language of business. Terms like “customer,” “marketing,” and even “brand” are, in her view, outdated constructs that artificially separate companies from the very people they exist to serve. That separation is manufactured, and it serves the seller, not the seeker. The moment we treat communication as persuasion rather than raw clarity, we break the connection.
Bianca's leadership redefines branding as a moral responsibility: a vehicle to elevate consciousness, restore unity, and curate systems that align people with truth. She sees every organization as a living entity – and every detail, from language to execution, as a reflection of its essence.
