As a team, our goal was to have the logo encapsulate the versatility and dependability of designs Concept II creates. We did this by carefully implementing some futuristic touches to marry into the overall simplicity in order to achieve a timeless, polished look.

WEB
Through a new, modernized website design, we were able to develop built-in features to maximize understanding of visitor engagement, such as a 3D tour and filterable portfolio and news pages by categories.

We designed a brochure in the same polished style to actively trigger the reader's mind. Our collaborative end-goal was to have the reader open the brochure and instantly immerse into a world of well-crafted, well-implemented, and well-designed features of the CII brand.
BEST OF
THE WEB
The website we designed for Concept II was nominated and recognized as a finalist in the Rochester Business Journal's "Best of the Web Awards" for having the best website under the Real Estate and Construction category.
After launching the website, CII earned a return on their investment less than 14 days later. As one could imagine, it was worth every penny.
