MEDIA AGREEMENT

I, the undersigned, hereby consent and agree that UCO Media Group LLC and G Universal LLC, along with their employees, agents, and affiliates, have the right to take photographs, video, and/or digital (audio) recordings of me and to use them in any and all media, now or in the future, including but not limited to live streaming platforms (e.g., Twitch), social media, marketing materials, websites, and promotional content.

I further consent that my name, likeness, and identity may be used in connection with these recordings, either explicitly or through descriptive text or commentary.

I waive any right to compensation or royalties for my participation, whether for live or recorded content, initial or subsequent transmission, or any future use. I acknowledge that I will not receive financial remuneration, residuals, or any form of payment for the use of my image, voice, or likeness.

I release UCO Media Group LLC and G Universal LLC, along with their agents and employees, from any claims, demands, or liabilities related to the production, distribution, or commercial use of these materials. I also grant full creative permission to alter, edit, or modify any media recordings of me.

I understand that there will be no financial or other remuneration for recording me, either for initial or subsequent transmission or playback. I also understand that neither UCO Media Group LLC nor G Universal LLC is responsible for any expenses or liabilities I may incur as a result of my participation, including but not limited to medical expenses due to injury or illness.

I represent that I am at least 18 years of age, have read and understood the above, and am competent to execute this agreement.
