Challenge

Vine and Villa is a villa-rental business in the Finger Lakes and Adirondacks regions of New York. Offering a wide variety of different homes from cottages to mansions, the business required a strengthened branded presence as it quickly gained popularity.

With the desire of eventual expansion, further branding of individual properties, and connection to its sister company, Lincoln Hills Farms, Vine and Villa required a consistency that would allow it to quickly replicate across multiple touchpoints.

LOGO

We fixed our sights on designing something refined that also resonates with what people want in a vacation home. The rustic yet chic appearance of the website appeals to the nostalgia of, perhaps, past vacations, but with an added touch of elegance that a potential customer can expect from a Vine and Villa’s property.

Gathering inspiration from their top vacation home, UCO hand-illustrated a logo that portrays both leisure and charm.

ON THE
WEB

The layout of the entire site was centered around maximizing ease of the user’s desired actions via desktop and mobile. This includes the following call-to-actions: Leave a Review, Book a Property, View Nearby Events, and Browse Local Businesses.

Each villa’s page was also individually customized to book within the ranges specific to the property.

Upon entrance of the site, users are immediately welcomed and immersed into the brand's earthy, tranquil feel.

A potential guest is able to scroll through picturesque and wistful depictions of the properties with the ability to view each individually.

The inclusion of guest reviews alongside photos were specifically highlighted to better showcase credibility.

We visited each location to shoot indoor, outdoor, and drone footage to best capture each Villa’s available amenities.

By providing these many angles of each property, it allows the potential customer/booker to envision spending his/her vacation there.
